We are recruiting Customer Contact and Sales Advisors with great personalities within our Blackpool site. If you have a passion for customer service and would like to work with a business that is continually growing then please get in touch.

Main purpose of role:

• To contact & assist our existing loyal customer base throughout our North West sites, managing their vehicle service and MOT appointments whilst delivering a great customer experience
• Schedule annual review appointments and carry out lead follow up calls
• Upselling our services where appropriate
• Customer centric relationship management
• Help continue to deliver industry–leading customer care and satisfaction standards as part of the company dealership team
• Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues at all sites

Experience & Attributes:

• Sales and customer experience essential
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated & customer focused
• Computer literate, Kerridge experience is advantageous
