Construction Update - ENVEVO Rapid 150kW Chargers

Work is continuing to progress smoothly on the ENVEVO Rapid 150kW charger installation project, with several key milestones completed over the past week.

On Monday 11th May, the site was officially set up, and LV cable terminations were installed within the substation. The work was carried out by contractors Envevo and Watkins.

By Tuesday 12th May, the LV panel was delivered via Hiab, carefully positioned and securely fixed in place by Watkins.

From Wednesday 13th May through to Friday 15th May, Envevo teams completed ongoing charger cable pulls from the LV panel to the charging units, maintaining steady progress across the site.

This stage of the project marks an important step forward in the delivery of high-powered 150kW rapid charging infrastructure, supporting the continued expansion of reliable EV charging capability.
