The Clothing & Accessories Supervisor (CAS) will take ownership of their retail operation, ensuring that they are also following group procedures and standards. They will take the lead in driving retail footfall, working with the group marketing team to develop their store's own Online output and marketing.
The CAS needs to be customer focused and passionate about selling our portfolio of products, maximising every sales opportunity. Backed up with a love of motorcycles and great product knowledge they need to be able to build long term relationships with motorcyclists in the local area and become an essential part of their buying experience. Part of this will be the careful supervision of the store's displays, POS and general environment.
The CAS will be a core part of the Lancaster team and whilst it is essential they can work under their own initiative they will also be part of a team and be able to cover aspects of other colleague's jobs at Lancaster when required. In addition to this, the CAS will be part of the wider NWMD Team and must be able to work with multi-site colleagues effectively.
The post holder will ensure that all stock management and billing activities are completed utilising company guidelines/processes on a daily basis and reported back to the appropriate people.
