"I'm just wanting to give some feedback to your salesman Russ, I recently bought a Seat Ibiza FR 1.2T from you which I picked up Christmas Eve. I was thoroughly pleased with the way Russ dealt with my situation and matched my needs, in terms of the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I found that he unlike a lot of salesman wasn't too pushy and gave me the time and space to browse at the cars. He went over the terms to the finance in great detail and walked me through some of the features in the car E.g. Carplay. I am happy that I got to deal with Russ personally, I think he's a genuine nice bloke, I think the car is great, and I would recommend anyone to go through him when buying a car in the future."

I was most impressed with your professional demeanour. You provided a very friendly and efficient service. Having my car washed was an added bonus. Thank you for taking the time to explain the workings of the courtesy car - few people bother and usually just pass over the keys.
