"I would like to place on record my appreciation to your outstanding staff.
I purchased a used car from you on the 15.3.2012, the salesman was called Mark, he was pleasant, patient and efficient. I was informed when the car could be collected, again the car was ready on time and in the condition promised, the handover was done by Craig, who was once again pleasant, efficient and spent as long as we required explaining all the facets of the car.
However on reaching home I realised the car hadn't got an owner's manual. I rang Craig who apologised and explained the car hadn't had one when they received the car. He promised he would order one for me and to allow 10 days for them to receive one, then ring the parts dept. I allowed the allotted time and rang the parts dept, the gent informed me the manual had arrived, this was 1415 on Monday afternoon. When he realised I would need to travel from Fleetwood, he immediately offered to post it to me. I received it at 1000 o clock the following day, so pleasant and efficient once again.
I find it so refreshing to receive such excellent service, people doing what they say they will and so promptly every time. This reflects great credit on yourself and your staff, please could you pass on my appreciation to everyone concerned.
