Responsibilities To ensure that Lancaster Volkswagen finishes in the TOP 20% of Volkswagen dealers in the country for: Finance Penetration Mystery Shop C.E.M (Volkswagen's new car satisfaction programme)
Duties Stacking and presenting finance deals to customers using Volkswagen's 4 square finance presentation. Handover specialist duties ensuring all handovers are carried out giving the customer the very best customer experience that the Cox Motor Group demands. Achievement of all F & I targets, including PCP and GAP. Motivate and Coach a team of people to provide the very best showroom environment for our customers and sales team.
	This position would be ideally suited to a candidate that believes they can show they have loyalty, commitment, success and a drive to better themselves and the business.
