Responsibilities
To ensure that Lancaster Volkswagen finishes in the TOP 20% of Volkswagen dealers in the country for:
- Finance Penetration
- Mystery Shop
- C.E.M (Volkswagen's new car satisfaction programme)

Duties
- Stacking and presenting finance deals to customers using Volkswagen's 4 square finance presentation.
- Handover specialist duties ensuring all handovers are carried out giving the customer the very best customer experience that the Cox Motor Group demands.
- Achievement of all F & I targets, including PCP and GAP.
- Motivate and Coach a team of people to provide the very best showroom environment for our customers and sales team.
