She rang them and amazingly was able to agree a price both for the new car and our trade in one over the phone. A small deposit secured the car and we made our way to Kendal on our next available day. We arrived, were greeted warmly by Gareth Broadhurst, plied with drinks and completed the paperwork within a short time. Gareth then took great care with explaining to Jennifer how the car (a Jazz Hybrid) worked and made sure she understood before letting us go. "On Monday 21st May 2018, my wife and I were holidaying in the Lake District when an engine warning light came on and the engine stalled on a low hill. It was recommended to contact Kendal Honda. The service I received from your Service Reception staff and mechanic was outstanding. The news wasn't good. It needed an internal short circuit replacing. I was advised not to drive the car back to our holiday location, so the staff arranged a courtesy car. The part was ordered and repaired by 10.30am the following morning. The customer care shown by your staff was excellent and a model that other dealerships and companies should follow. Our thanks go to all the staff involved in helping us."
